We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Items. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

At Resellers, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy carefully:

1.    Returns for New Items

·         Returns accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery

·         Item must be unused, in original packaging and resellable condition

·         Customer is responsible for return courier fees (unless item is incorrect or damaged)

2.    Returns for Pre-Owned Items

·         Returns accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery if item is not as described or defective

·         Used items are tested and sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated

·         Customer must report any issues within 72 hours of delivery

• The following Items cannot be returned:

  The Items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  The Items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  The Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  The Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

3.    Digital Products

·         No returns or refunds once a digital product (e.g. download link or code) has been delivered, unless defective or not as described

4.    Refunds

·         Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days

·         Refunds are issued via EFT (bank transfer) to the original purchaser

·         In case of incorrect or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement

5.    Exchanges

·         Only possible for defective or wrongly shipped items, subject to stock availability
